- Ensuring Your Health & Safety: To assess risks, develop care plans, and respond to emergencies.

- Legal & Regulatory Compliance: To meet our obligations under the NDIS Code of Conduct, the Privacy Act, and other laws.
We will only disclose your personal information to third parties in the following circumstances:
- With your consent: When you have given us explicit permission to share information (e.g., with a specific doctor or family member).
- To the NDIA: As required for reporting, plan management, and compliance.

Website Use & Digital Marketing

- Google Analytics & Google Ads: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (e.g., which pages are popular). This information is anonymous. We may also use Google Ads to show our services to people searching for NDIS providers in our area. Google may place a cookie on your browser to track ad performance.
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Pixel: We use the Meta Pixel on our website. This tool helps us understand the actions people take on our site after seeing one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram. It allows us to measure the effectiveness of our social media advertising and show relevant ads to users who may be interested in our services. We do not sell any personal information collected through the Meta Pixel.
- Email & SMS Marketing: If you provide us with your email address or phone number and consent to be contacted, we may send you marketing materials about our services. You can opt-out at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in our emails or by replying “STOP” to our SMS messages.
International Data Transfers
