In fact, we are widely recognised as a leading provider of respite care because of our commitment to quality and standards. This means that not only will we provide respite support to you, but we also intend to take it to the next level with our perfection and efficiency at work.
We at Delight Care Support Services are meant to help you prepare meals as many times as possible. But this will completely depend on your needs and wants. At the same time, we may look into your health status and, accordingly, come up with a plan about how many times you need to be fed nutrients.
Yes, you can surely opt for moving to a shared space if you find your own home unsuitable for the support you need. Once you make a request to us, we will arrange an accommodation setting for you with other participants and ensure that our support workers provide you with the right treatment.
Yes, you can opt for an extension of your short-term accommodation with us. But we will inspect your circumstances thoroughly in order to do so. If we find that there is a genuine reason that you want to extend your short-term accommodation, we will write to the NDIS and get everything arranged for you. We will follow every rule, regulation, and standard to ensure that you are given the space and comfort you need.
Yes, we may include overnight support in our support services, but this will depend on your needs and wants. We understand that you can undergo high-intensity impairment issues at any time or for your entire life, so we intend to keep ourselves ready for all such circumstances. We will make sure that the right thing is done by our specialised team in order to keep you comfortable and safe while helping you make your life better.
No, you cannot! If you wish to buy a new vehicle with your funding for NDIS transport, you cannot do so. It is strictly not allowed by the NDIA. But what’s allowed is making modifications to your existing vehicle. If you need to modify the vehicle and make it suitable for your impairments, especially when transporting to different locations, we can help you make it happen in the best manner possible.
You can travel on your own. But it is recommended that you get assistance from our specialised team of support workers during your travel time. Even if your vehicle has been modified, you may not be familiar with its new functions and, most importantly, the streets. So, we will be there to assist you throughout and make sure that you are comfortable on your journey.
