We carefully consider compatibility when matching housemates. We look at factors like age range, interests, lifestyle preferences, communication styles and support needs. We also consider practical elements like sleep patterns and tolerance for noise. Before moving in, we arrange introductions so everyone can meet and get a feel for whether the household will work well together. Our goal is to create homes where people genuinely enjoy living together while still having their own space and independence.
